Experience Format

The class is hands-on and will last about 2 hours, sometimes longer. Please let us know if you have any allergies or diet restrictions so we can cater to your needs.

In Each Class We Include:

  • 1lb Mozzarella ball to take home

  • All tools for mozzarella making (bowls, wooden spoon, ect.)

Level 1

Beginner / Intermediate

  • Learn about Mozzarella

  • Work with Curd

  • Stretch and Form the Curd

  • Form a Mozzarella ball

  • Make Mozzarella to take home

Level 2

Expert

$ 250 per person

  • Practice Stretching Curd

  • Fine Tune working with Curd

  • Learn to make Bocconcini

  • Learn to make Mozzarella Nodini (knots)

  • Take your creations and create your own flavour pairings

    • We will provide typical Italian ingredients to pair with your new creations

Level 3

Private Class

$450 for 2 people

Meet The Instructure.

Rodolfo began my cheese making career near the city of Napoli, Italy. living there for 2 years I developed my skills in the fine art of cheese making. Coming back to the states and working as a mozzarella cheese master in various places, I continue to refine my craft after 8 years of experience.
